3. Booking Process
To book a skip, you must provide accurate information regarding the type and size of skip required, the location for placement, and the duration of hire. Bookings can be made via our online platform or by contacting our customer service team.
3.1 Confirmation
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the booking specifics. Please review this information to ensure accuracy.
3.2 Changes to Booking
If you need to modify your booking, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will accommodate changes where possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for skip hire services must be made in full upon booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our pricing policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Use of the Skip
Customers are responsible for ensuring that only appropriate waste is disposed of in the skip. Prohibited items include:

- Electrical appliances
- Construction materials like asbestos
- Motor vehicles
Failure to comply may result in additional disposal charges or legal action.
6.1 Load Capacity
Each skip has a specified load capacity. Overloading the skip can lead to safety hazards and may incur extra fees.
7. Delivery and Collection
Our team will deliver the skip to the designated location and collect it upon completion of the hire period. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access for delivery and collection.
7.1 Access Requirements
The placement area must be flat, stable, and free from obstructions. Suitable access for our delivery vehicles must be available.
8. Liability
Wembley Skip Hire is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Customers are responsible for securing any valuable items before waste disposal.
8.1 Insurance
We recommend that customers obtain appropriate insurance to cover any potential loss or damage.
